Information for presenters

Oral presentation

We have reserved approx. 12 minutes for each presentation, followed by approx. 8 minutes for discussion. You can share your slides in the session using the share screen function.

Poster presentation

Posters are presented as a 1-3 minute long video presentation. You can use for example Zoom for recording your presentation and you can use a pdf file of 1-5- pages in your presentation.

Posters videos and poster pdf:s will be uploaded on the virtual platform, to a specific ePoster room, accessible to all Spring Meeting participants (access also after the Spring Meeting until 30 June).

Please send your poster and poster video by 23 May using this upload form:

https://www.lyyti.fi/reg/ISA_RC_28_2021_poster_upload

The posters will be on display throughout the conference on the Prospectum virtual conference platform’s “Poster Exhibition”.

Remember that your presentation must be readable from the screen. Keep visual materials simple and clear. Rely sparingly on printed text; graphs, charts, tables and pictures should be used to communicate information where possible. Focus selectively on major findings. Simple use of colour can add effective emphasis.
